The IPL 2026 mini auction will be held in Abu Dhabi on December 16. Over a thousand of have registered for Indian Premier League (IPL) Mini auction, with KS Bharat, Rahul Chahar, Ravi Bishnoi, Akash Deep, Deepak Hooda, Venkatesh Iyer, Sarafaraz Khan, Umesh Yadav, and Prithvi Shaw leading the list of Indian players. But Maxwell played 13 season with 141 games, as of now he has made his absence in the upcoming IPL 2026.
As per the latest Source, lists exactly 1355 players with top international player’s names from the England, South Africa, Australia and Afghanistan, filling the page sheet, which includes 1062 Indians and 293 overseas players. The Australian player Maxwell, who has been participating for all the season, but this season made his absence in the upcoming season.

Cameron Green, Steve Smith, and Matthew Short are the big Australian names everyone is talking about right now. All three are hoping a team takes a chance on them at the IPL 2026 auction. The list features overseas players from 14 different countries — Afghanistan, Australia, England, Bangladesh, Ireland, NZ, RSA, SL, WI, Zimbabwe, the Netherlands, Scotland, and even the USA. There’s also a surprise inclusion from Malaysia. India-born Virandeep Singh, a right-handed all-rounder now representing Malaysia, has submitted his name as well, listing a base price of ₹30 lkh.
